My passion for business development started in 2005, gaining strong experience in sales and marketing, extending into part ownership of my own New Zealand SME.  The best part of working for Kowhai is the people, both externally and internally. I love meeting people, in a variety of roles and industries.  The Kowhai team all have good values and show integrity, while also having a bit of fun! Outside of the business, I spend most of my time with my beautiful family, travelling, going to the gym and entertaining.

Paul Davidson

I've worked in the corporate world for many years, tasked with developing corporate sales for a Pest Management division, this became very successful. An opportunity was given to me with the same company to become the regional manager for the Washroom Hygiene Division. This then led to a national sales managers role, developing the sales team throughout the country. Eventually leading to divisional manager, responsable for 40 plus people. Throughout my time in this role the division achieved two international awards which was considered a huge achievement considering we were the smallest global division within this international organisation.
